• Held’s Discount Knives offers a 100% Satisfaction on all orders. If you are not satisfied with any products, you may return it and we will give you credit towards the purchase of other products, minus any shipping charges on the original shipment except in the case that we send you the wrong item or items. There are no refunds on “Special Ordered Items”: Puma Knives. All return items must be received in new condition. Any return questions can be answered by calling 1.800.818.7862, 9:30AM-3:30PM, Pacific Coast Time. Please send all returns to Held’s Discount Knives, P.O. Box 515, Colton, Oregon 97017. Please include your original invoice or packing slip with an explanation for the return.

• We provide a money back policy for any item returned within seven (7) days (RETURN POSTAGE IS NOT REFUNDABLE) Please provide in writing, the information for the reason for the return. In addition, please include the original packaging and materials. Refunds issued when items have been returned.

• A 25 per cent (25%) deduction will be charged if the item or items are returned damaged there are no refunds and improperly packaged (must include all original packing materials).
