What credit cards can I use when I purchase products from Held’s Dsicount knives?

You may order with you credit card information, directly to the back. We do not see any of your credit card information and you can use American Express, Discover, JCV, MasterCard and Visa

 

Can I use PayPal when I purchase products from Held’s Discount Knives?

Absolutely!

 

Can I browse Held’s Discount Knives without having an account?

Yes! We have over 550 products to look at and we have provided you with excellent descriptions, outstanding graphics and our price are very competitive.

 

How do I become a Held's Discount Knives customer? 

It is a very easy process. You may create an account from any page of our web store. At the top of each page on the upper right, under the Held’s Discount Knives, “More than just a knife store” you will see, “My Account”. Click on “Account” and you will see:

By creating an account at Puma Knives & Coast LED Lighting Products you will be able to shop faster, be up to date on an orders status, and keep track of the orders you have previously made. Then click on Continue and this will take you to a page “My Account Information”, complete it and click on continue. You now have an account with Held’s Discount Knives.

                                                    

If I am a retuning customer, what do I do to log in?

It is a very easy process. You can log into Held’s Discount Knives from any page in our web store. At the top of each page on the upper right, under the Held’s Discount Knives,” More than just a knife store” you will see, “My Account”. Click on “Account” and you will see:  Returning Customer. Fill-in your email address and password and you are ready to browse and purchase.

Does Coast Products have a Lifetime Guarantee on their products?

Yes! Coast Products guarantees this product to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for the life to the original purchaser. This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, nor damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or battery leakage. If the product is defective, return it to Coast for repair or replacement, along with a check for $5.00 for shipping and handling. Guarantee does not include batteries. Coast Products, P.O. Does Puma Knives carry a Guarantee?

Yes!  Any defects in material or workmanship are covered within 5 years from the purchase date (except for freight costs). This warranty does not cover complaints because of wrong treatment, storage or wear.

Who can order from Held’s Discount Knives?

You must be 18 years of age or older to order products from Held’s Discount Knives.

 

Do you have a hard copy 2009 Product Catalog?

Yes we do! It is hot off the press and is ready to ship. There is a $5.00 charge for shipping and handling. The 2009 catalog is 139 pages of Coast Products and includes a complete chart on product technical specifications. Call 1.800.818.7862 to place catalog order. It is worth every penny.

 

Do you have a 2009 Product PDF format? 

Yes we do! The products are listed in different product categories and include: Coast Led Lights, Knives, Multi-Tools and Technical Specifications.

     

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes we do! We have a very strong International customer base and we ship products to almost all countries in the World. We use “Airmail Priority” with Confirmation so that we can track your order. International and Canadian customers are responsible for knowing the import laws, fees, and taxes on the items being imported. It is the buyer’s responsibility to pay any and all customs fees and taxes that may occur. We will not mark the customs form as a “gift: nor will we declare a lower value that the purchase price.

When your package arrives in customs, it may take a few days to weeks depending on the product that you ordered from us. Each country has their own guidelines in terms of handling imported products. When your product arrives in customs, we no longer have any responsibility. We can provide you with a tracking no. and the date that it arrived.

 

 

Do you have a minimum order?

We have no minimum on orders placed. 

 

How do I know if my order has been processed and shipped?

Sign in and click on your order. It will say, processing or delivered if shipped within the date.

 

Do you have a money back policy?

We provide a money back policy for any item returned within sever (7) days (RETURN POSTAGE IS NOT REFUNDABLE) .Please provide in writing, the information for the reason for the return. In addition, please include the original packaging and materials. Refunds issued when items have been returned. We do have on occasion, products that we indicate, “AS IS” AND NO REFUNDS and this is located in the Return Policy Details.  A 25 per cent (25%) deduction will be charged if the item or items are returned damaged and improperly packaged (must include all original packing materials).

We have over 550 products that we sell in our store and it might take a minute or so to answer your question or questions but you will receive a valid answer. Is your web store a secure site?

Yes it is! All orders are processed with 256Bit SSL Encryption by Authorize.Net or PayPal depending on your payment preference.

 

Do you accept money orders and cashiers checks?

No! We do not accept money orders or cashier checks because we have unfortunately experienced problems with Fraud in the past.

 

Do you have free shipping?

Yes! We have free shipping on all orders of $500.00 or more.

 

Can I order in bulk?

Yes! We are more than happy to sell you our products in larger quantities. If we do not have the products in stock, we can order them from our distributor and in most cases, we can have the Coast Products delivered to us or we can pick them up at the warehouse within a day or two. Are you aware of your laws in your State? 

You must be at least 18 year old to order any products from Held’s Discount Knives and Led Lights. Some items in our web store may be illegal in your area for possession by those under 21. There are many different laws throughout the United States and around the world concerning the use, ownership, and possession of knives. It is your responsibility to be aware of the laws in your area and determine if the items are legal to have shipped to you. By placing an order, you agree that you are of legal age, and that you take full responsibility for obeying all federal, state and local laws, restrictions, and regulations. We are unable to provide refunds in the event that customs or other agencies intercepted the package that you ordered.
